Our processing time is 3-5 business days from purchase to shipping (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS). Please have in mind I'm a 1 person team and processing time can take longer. If so we will contact you immediately.


Customer will receive a tracking number via email or text message onces order has been processed.


We are not responsible for undeliverable and returned packages to us, your order will be subject to re-shipping charges. Or If it gets lost because of a wrong address entered we cannot be responsible.


Please note that once your package arrives and is checked in to the post office it is out of our control on what happens to your items. If for any reason your package gets lost or stolen you will need to contact your local post office to open up a case of a missing package. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the items are damaged,defective or if you receive the wrong item so we can take care of that.


Due to COVID-19 we are not accepting returns at the moment

Exchanges will be made only if your items were incorrect or damaged 

Unfortunately, we do not do returns on sale items or gift cards.
